If something comes up, we are happy to accommodate you. Our cancellation policy is that we do not charge you if you cancel 72 hours or more before your stay with us on an individual reservation.
Due to the popularity of our resort, you will be responsible for the charges if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in time unless we can re-book the room.
If you are coming with a group it is more difficult to fill the resort if you cancel. Individual members of groups or groups as a whole are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. The good news is if we are able to re-book your room there will be no charge to you.
